Kaiwalagal Ferries & Charters is experienced operating the water taxi and bus service to provide chartered transfers between the Ngurupay (Horn Island) Airport, the Ngurupay Jetty and Waibene (Thursday Island - T.I.).
Our service also incorporates the fastest Water Taxi to nearby islands for picnics and day spends; Bus Charters on Horn Island; Customised Cruises for specific occasions; and Ferry Charters for special events. If you are flying into Ngurupay Airport and travelling to Waibene, reservations can be made to guarantee your seat. Tickets may be purchased from our bus driver at the front of the terminal upon your arrival.
